Everything God created is pure and perfect, therefore that which we eat as men, having been consecrated and given to us by the LORD, can not defile us,
but that which comes out from us, having been excreted from our body, causes defilement on us and whoever it gets in contact with.
PRAYER: Holy LORD and eternal Father, please let my spirit always remain in communion with the Holy Spirit,
that whatever is concieved in my heart and comes out from my mouth will always purify and not defile anyone in Jesus Christ name amen.
