One should always endeavor to allow the words of God to reside in his heart, and never give room for the lust of the flesh in it,
for the lust of the flesh defiles a man from within his heart, making him to produce sinful thoughts that leads to sinful deeds, which only causes separation between God and man.
PRAYER: Holy LORD please let the purity you have cultivated in me continue to remain strengthened by the Holy Spirit,
that there will be no room for defilement in my heart in Jesus Christ name amen.
