By faith in Christ Jesus, the Good Shepherd, we become His sheep as we follow Him, walking in His footsteps and abiding by His teachings keeping us guided in the path of Truth and Righteousness; still, His Spirit has made some among the fold to serve as, "Overseers, to shepherd the Church of God which He purchased with His very own blood" (Acts 20:28). So, as good Ministers called and anointed to feed and tend the LORD'S sheep, we should endeavor to remain vessels of the Word of God, sealed with the Holy Spirit guiding the flocks of Christ through the Divinely pastured feed so they may stay nourished in the Spirit with true teachings which we have carefully followed, showing we are ambassadors of the Kingdom and living examples of the Gospel we proclaim (1 Tim. 4:6).
Moreover, "by this, we know that we love the Children of God and keep His commandments," as we shepherd His flocks placed under our care, compassionately, from the depths of our hearts so that, at the return of Jesus Christ, the Chief Shepherd, we will be worthy to receive, "the Crown of glory that does not fade away" (1 Pet. 5:2-4, 1 John 5:2).
PRAYER: Thank You, LORD, Heavenly Father, for giving me the grace to leave behind my past to follow You and Oversee Your flocks through the Ministry so that I may feed and tend to Your sheep with love, watching them grow through discipleship to maturity in the Spirit for Your glory, in Jesus' Name,
