We are called by the Father through the revelation of His Redeeming Word to walk in the path of Truth and Righteousness, leaving every worldly relationship, position, and inheritance that may hinder us from reaching our destined position of glory, prepared for all who stay faithful and lovingly obey His commandments (Gen. 12:1-3, Matt. 5:30, John 14:15). Being dedicated to our Christ's calling requires dying to self-life as His Disciples, chosen and given the Great Commission to continue the work of Salvation, as ambassadors of God's Kingdom on Earth (Luke 14:26 & 33).
Therefore, leaving false and temporary comfort for everlasting peace and joy in the presence of the LORD is necessary so we may present ourselves to God and not be distracted, as one approved of Him, to live in the fulfillment of His Word, promised to all who obey Him (Deut. 28:1-14, 2 Tim. 2:15).
PRAYER: In Jesus' Name, thank You, LORD, Heavenly Father, for calling and choosing me to live for Your glory and fulfill the Great Commission as an Heir of Your Kingdom. Please keep me empowered as I leave worldly treasures and relatives in obedience to Your Word,
Amen.
