The fundamental expression of faith through heartfelt worship, prayer, and singing, gives strength in adversity and is a means to show gratitude to God for His blessings (Ps. 147:12-13). Exalting the LORD with songs of praise and praying, even in trials, breaks the gates of captivity and opens the doors of favor to all who diligently seek Him (Acts 12:10, James 5:13).
Furthermore, glorifying YHWH pleases Him and invites His awesome presence into our midst, bringing favor in His sight (Ps. 69:30-31). So, we should stay faithful and cheerful enough to capture the attention of those around, communing with the LORD in the Spirit through prayers, graced with songs of praise to Him, and we will remain vindicated from all troubles, as Heirs of the Father and children of light.
PRAYER: Thank You, Mighty God, Marvelous and Glorious King, for all you have done and will do; I praise and worship You, Abba Father, for there is none like You. Please continue to fight my battles as I live to glorify Your Holy Name, with songs of praise and the works of my hands; in Jesus' Name,
Amen.
From Acts 16:25-26
