The Gospel is often considered strange to the ears of the ignorant, because it's the message of Love, repentance, and a crucified Messiah (Acts 17:23). It directly contradicts human wisdom, culture norms, and entrenched beliefs; yet, the humble and fair-minded are always willing to listen and learn something new, to know, and possibly to receive the Truth (Mark 7:7-8, Col. 2:8-9).
However, the Good News of Salvation challenges established traditions, which frequently invokes resistance from the kingdom of darkness, against reviving souls for God's glory (Col. 2:15, Jas. 4:7, 1 John 4:4).
PRAYER: Dear LORD, Omniscient and Gracious Father, thank You for making me a channel of Your Word, which appears strange to the ignorant but pleasing to all who receive it wholeheartedly. Please continue to use me as a ministering vessel of the Holy Spirit, so I may be allowed to answer questions according to Your will; in Jesus' Name,
