BAPTIZED IN THE LORD JESUS' NAME

Baptism in the name of the Lord Jesus is a scriptural practice, signified by immersion in water for the remission of sins and identification with Jesus death, burial, and resurrection (Rom. 6:3-8). The Messiah who is, "the fullness of the Godhead," authorized it, and it functions as a transfer of ownership to Him (Matt. 28:19, Col. 2:9).
However, this is a central tenent for Oneness, which Pentecostal churches emphasize, declaring Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God, as One with the Father and Holy Spirit (John 1:1-3, 10:30 & 14:11).

PRAYER: Dear YHWH, thank You for adopting and accepting me as Your own, through faith and baptism in the Name of Jesus. Please lead me to all who need to know You and be baptized, as I continuously proclaim Your Salvation to all in Jesus' Name,
