The profound sense of Divine compulsion or urgent, inward leading by the Holy Spirit, keeps us, channels of God's Word, bound to fulfill the Father's will (Acts 9:15-16, Rom. 6:13). This helps Ministers of the Good News to surrender under God's direction to go forward in obedience, despite knowing that personal hardships or tribulations lie ahead; Jesus already suffered with us (Isa. 53, Heb. 12:2-3 & 13:12-13).
Furthermore, being bound in the Spirit, ensures that one finishes their Divine purpose or runs the race with joy, regardless of the difficult circumstances that stand in the way of fulfillment.
PRAYER: In Jesus' Name, thank You, LORD, Heavenly Father, for graciously keeping me bound in the comfort, conviction and guidance of the Holy Spirit, who helps to continue in my calling in Christ. Please keep me strengthened to walk straight and upright to the end, finishing the race, and staying deserving of Your welcoming embrace,
Amen.
