A GOOD REPUTATION OF DEVOTION

When things or persons are irrevocably set apart or consecrated for exclusive use by God, they are devoted to Him, according to the Law (Lev. 27:28-29). Ministers advise people to be fully devoted to the LORD, walking in His statutes and keeping His commandments (1 Kings 8:61).
Similarly, but in a greater measure, Christians are to devote themselves to good works as fruitful branches in the True Vine (John 15:2, Titus 3:14, 1 Pet. 2:9).

PRAYER: Dear YHWH, Creator of Heaven and Earth, thank You for giving the Great Commission and keeping me devoted, for Your glory. Blessed be Your Holy Name, for by faith in Your Word and the baptism of Your Spirit of Holiness, I will continue to serve faithfully in Your Vineyard; in Jesus' Name,
Amen.
