APPEALING TO THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY

There are two primary ways of appealing legally as a responsible citizen of any country in the world and a Christian: either one appeals to earthly leadership or to God's sovereignty, through ultimate spiritual appeals. The Word of God emphasizes that we submit to governing authorities, yet affirms that God is the Supreme Judge of all creation, in whom every ruler remains established (Dan. 2:21, Rom. 13:1-2, 1 Pet. 2:13-14).
Furthermore, while earthly structures are respected, the Holy Bible teaches that God is the ultimate judge; in cases where human laws contradict Divine commands, Believers are to obey God and appeal to Him, rather than any mortal (Dan. 3:14-18, 3:28-30 & 6:10, Acts 5:29).

PRAYER: Dear Abba Father and Just God, thank You for always being there when I call, for You are faithful in attending to the voice of my supplications and fighting my battles. Blessed be Jesus' Holy Name, for with You, I am an Overcomer,
Amen!

From Acts 25:11
