CLAIMING CHRIST TO BE ALIVE

The affirmation that Jesus Christ is alive, despite His public crucifixion and burial, is the foundational belief of Christianity. Documented in the New Testament, early followers and apostles proclaimed His resurrection, supported by historical eyewitness accounts of His post-death appearances (1 Cor. 15:3-8).
Also, this affirmation distinguishes Christianity, as it proclaims that Christ conquered death (holding the keys of it and Hell) and now lives forevermore (Rev. 1:18). The belief that Jesus is alive, connects to the promise of eternal life after this, for His followers, with assurance that carrying their cross, preaching and faith in Him are never in vain (Matt. 16:24-25, John 11:25, 1 Cor. 15:14 & 22).

PRAYER: Dear Lord Jesus Christ, thank You for making me a living witness of Your resurrection, by grace, in the Spirit. Please continue to lead, direct, and protect me as I remain determined to declare Your resurrection and eternal existence;
Amen.
