Being a faithful Child of God and responsible citizen, you are permitted to speak for yourself, for you have the right to express objective truth, make decisions, or represent yourself, without needing a spokesperson (2 Tim. 2:15). This applies broadly across several areas, particularly in civil and religious law, everyday conversation, and is even shown in Biblical passages (Esther 5:2-3, Acts 4:20).
However, while you are fully permitted to speak for yourself before a judicated authority, the court will hold you to the same procedural and evidentiary standards as a licensed attorney (Luke 12:11-12). So, you are required to be strictly organized - knowing the rules of presenting evidence and arriving prepared with the right knowledge of what you are standing for (Phil. 4:9).
PRAYER: Gracious LORD and Abba Father, thank You for keeping me favored under civil and Divine laws, to speak for myself by grace, through the Holy Spirit in me. Please continue to strengthen and equip me to stay bold against every accusation of the wicked; innocent in Jesus' Name,
Amen.
From Acts 26:1
