IMPARTING GIFTS TO ESTABLISH OTHERS

Sharing God’s grace, wisdom, encouragement, and spiritual gifts with others, is a Divine way to strengthen believers and establish them in their faith, as those called by grace to fulfill the Great Commission (Eph. 4:11-13, 29). God gives spiritual gifts, not for personal benefit, but for the edification and growth of the entire body of Christ and the purpose of imparting these gifts is to establish, strengthen, and help others become mature, stable, and firmly rooted in Christ (1 Cor. 12:6-7).
As one person pours out, through the gifts God has given, both the giver and the receiver are refreshed and encouraged through the shared experience of faith and fellowship (Prov. 11:25, Heb. 10:24-25). Spiritual impartation often takes place through the faithful use of God-given abilities, such as: teaching His Truth, demonstrating mercy, offering practical help, and encouraging others - through Godly relationships, fellowship, prayer, and learning from spiritually mature Believers, wisdom and spiritual gifts are stirred up and strengthened - in our Divine purpose of advancing God’s Kingdom and doing His will on Earth. (Rom. 12:6-8, 1 Cor. 12:28).

PRAYER: Dear LORD, Omnipotent God, thank You for graciously placing within me the desire to share Your Word and impart spiritual gifts that establish and strengthen others. Continue to use me, as a faithful vessel in Your hands, so that my life may bring glory to Your Name and bless others, through Jesus Christ, Amen.
