PROFIT OF CIRCUMCISION

Physical circumcision is profitable only when accompanied by obedience to God's commandments. Under the Law, breaking God's commandments made even circumcision unprofitable, and outward religious rituals cannot replace genuine obedience to God (Rom. 2:25).
Therefore, believers must not rely on outward rituals nor works of the Law for salvation, but only on the grace of Christ, received through faith (Gal. 5:2).

PRAYER: Heavenly Father and Gracious God, thank You for the grace to walk in obedience to Your Word and to live by the Holy Spirit inside me. Keep my heart faithful and submissive to Your will, that my life might reflect the inward transformation You have worked in me through Christ Jesus, Your Son, Amen.
