TEMPEST-TOSSED

When a man is being agitated or violently battered about by the storms of life, acknowledged as trials and temptations, one is sometimes described as being tempest-tossed. It also refers to enduring significant hardships, danger, or emotional turmoil, which could be seen as a test of one's faith (Rom. 5:3-4, Jas. 1:2-4, 1 Pet. 1:7).
While you may be going through affliction, tossed with the tempest, and not comforted, letting go of what no longer serves you, stay faithful; for God, who remains the Father of the fatherless and Helper of the helpless, will preserve your life, come to your aid, and set you on higher grounds, in due time (Ps. 10:14, Is. 54:11).

PRAYER: In Jesus' Name, Gracious God and Abba Father, thank You for always being with me, fighting my battles and strengthening me to remain victorious over every trial or temptation that comes my way. Blessed be Your Holy Name, for I am safe in Your arms, forevermore,
Amen!

From Acts 27:18
